Troppo GmbH grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use OpenTrace on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Terms of Use (EULA)
These terms govern your use of the OpenTrace app provided by Troppo GmbH. By downloading or using the app you agree to them.

2. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the app, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission from Troppo GmbH.
3. Intellectual property
The OpenTrace name, logo, design and content are owned by Troppo GmbH. The trades and notes you enter remain yours.
4. No warranty
OpenTrace is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It is a journaling tool and does not provide financial, investment or tax advice. Calculations are based on the data you enter; you are responsible for checking them before relying on them.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Troppo GmbH is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including trading losses or loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
6. Termination
This license ends automatically if you violate these terms. On termination you must stop using and delete the app.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Troppo GmbH is registered.
